By downloading, installing, or using LinguaClash ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
LinguaClash is a mobile party game where players attempt to pronounce tongue twisters in various languages. The App uses on-device speech recognition to score pronunciation accuracy.
3. Free and Premium Access
LinguaClash is free to download and play with a limited number of games. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks unlimited access to all features. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
4. Refunds
Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process, as all purchases are handled by the App Store.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose as a party game. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within LinguaClash, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, and software, is the property of LinguaClash and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that speech recognition scoring will be perfectly accurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinguaClash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
