How do I play LinguaClash?
Enter player names (2-10 players), choose a language and difficulty, then take turns pronouncing tongue twisters. The app uses speech recognition to score your pronunciation. Pass the phone to the next player after each turn!
How does the scoring work?
LinguaClash uses Apple's on-device speech recognition to compare what you said against the target phrase. The closer your pronunciation, the higher your score. All processing happens on your device — no internet needed!
What languages are available?
LinguaClash includes 12 languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Swedish, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Mandarin, and Icelandic.
Is LinguaClash free?
Yes! LinguaClash is free to download and play. After a few games, you can unlock unlimited access with a one-time purchase — no subscriptions.
I purchased the full version but it's not unlocked. What do I do?
Try restoring your purchase from the Settings screen in the app. If the issue persists, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the purchase, then contact us.
The microphone isn't working. What should I do?
Go to your iPhone Settings > LinguaClash and make sure Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions are both enabled. The app needs both to score your pronunciation.
Does the app work offline?
Yes! All speech recognition runs on-device. You can play LinguaClash without an internet connection.
How do I request a refund?
Since purchases are processed through the Apple App Store, you'll need to request a refund through Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the steps.
